Your interview answers are used solely to generate your speech drafts. We use your email address to send you order confirmations, speech delivery notifications, and (with your consent) product updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your interview answers are processed by our AI system, VowAI (powered by Anthropic Claude), to generate speech drafts. Data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policies. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
If you purchase Expert Polish, your speech drafts and interview answers will be shared with a professional speechwriter for the purpose of refining your draft. Writers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your content for any other purpose.
We retain your account information and speech data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
