How do I request a refund?
Send an email to hello@spokenvow.com within 30 days of your purchase. Tell us your order details and we will process the refund. That is it. No forms, no review committee, no back-and-forth.
What if I already used the drafts to write my own speech?
The guarantee still applies. If the drafts didn't work for you and you had to start from scratch, that is exactly the situation the guarantee is designed to cover. We want the output to be useful, and if it wasn't, we don't expect you to pay for it.
Does the guarantee cover the expert polish add-on?
If the writer has not yet begun work on your speech, contact us and we will stop the job and refund you in full. If work has already started, we have to pay the writer for their time, so the expert polish fee is non-refundable. Email us and we will tell you exactly where things stand.
